hi dont know if im on the right forum but here goes i claim jsa the last time i signed on was given a slip of paper reguarding holiday payments it says (expected issue date 24/12/12)payment for period ending( 27 dec 2012) my normal payment would be new years day will my payment go in on the 27th.IT also says you should recieve your payment 3 days after the issue date if paid through a bank.I am only asking as on a couple of different forums it says my benefit will be paid on the 31st dec.i am quite confused and this is the best forum for advice i think.

I can only go by Official information. If you have different information check on that date and on the official information date given and see which one is right. if the one you have is wrong then a complaint is in order
