Flight cancelled

Hi there I,m looking for some advice about balloon flights. My husband bought me a flight(voucher) for Christmas 2010 I have booked 7 flights and they have all been cancelled. My problem is the flying season is only March to October and the area where my voucher is valid has very little available flights. When I have spoken to the company in question they just keep saying they will extend the validity of the voucher, I,m not happy with this and would prefer a refund, what are my rights with regards to this matter? Any help would be gratefully appreciated, thank you

Have a read of their terms and conditions, you should be able to get a better idea from there, if not then give us another shout and someone on here may be able to help.
I bought my husband a helicopter flying lesson, it took quite a few tries before the lesson went ahead due to the weather and safety etc, much better to be safe eh.
