six months ago i signed up for the experian 30 day trial. managed to cancel which was like winning the lottery the hoops i had to go through.
went to experian web site to download my report which i was paying for on my debit card and it turns out i am still subscribing. all be it credit watch where they are charging £1.99 a month. well i am putting a stop to that, cheeky devils. the reason i never noticed were the debits were comming out of my savings account
so i log in using details supplied to just pay and download my report, its like pulling teeth
every web page link in experian keeps telling me to upgrad my subscription to access my full report at £14.99 a month
i do not want a subscription, i just need a link to pay and download ONE REPORT, thats it
i normally do this every six months
any ideas people
