      Yes, so you found my CV too.

      This isn't particularly impressive; what I was talking about was what would have to be disclosed BY LEGAL BEAGLES if it was demanded by a court. And all Legal Beagles have is the information in my profile. Which does not include what you have posted above.

        When i first read this, i was appalled. My initial thought was some grave invasion of privacy had taken place.

        After a moment to let it it sink in, and about 3 clicks later, i too had found this information.

        i guess where theres a will theres a way to find out anything/everything

            The point is SL, that your website is contained in your profile, which is held by LB, therefore by disclosing that, all your information is available.

                I understand the point you are making, but you picked a poor example.

                The issue is not what we would pass over, but what could be gleaned from that - and as has been shown, it's really not difficult at all to glean a great deal within just a few moments.

                If somebody were intent on pursuing you for libel, they could and would do this.

                  Hi ,

                  Maybe you can help me, my daughter is on bebo lately someone on there has been posting absolutly vile comments about her, she has reported this to bebo but has since found it on heaps of other peoples pages is there anything she can do about this ?
