Bought a pair of M&S jeans online for £15.00 and they arrive with a price tag on them for £12......is there any recourse for the retailer or should I just shut up?

Re: Online purchase and arrives with lower price tag....
Legally, probably nothing at all. Presumably they were advertised at £15, which you offered and they accepted. The label could have said £20.........nuf said.
You could write an 'extremely disappointed' letter and rely on a goodwill gesture, or return them for a refund.

I won't return them as I need a pair of jeans but I was disappointed to receive the jeans with a lower price tag..."Family means that no one gets forgotten or left behind"
