One idea is that I have the client send the parts for coating and if the parts are lost it's the client's problem, so I simply provide the watch refinishing and disassembly, assembly service and nothing else.

What I might do is actually email another firm that ship engine injection needles to the same firm, they're UK based so might be able to tell me what I need to know.

Will keep you all informed anyways.
