  • FOI requests

So my Pa is going to be out of action for a bit recovering from hand surgery, it's time to put him to use.

Now the County Council have engaged some "Consultants" to draw up plans on regeneration of their (The Folks) town.
All in all it's cloud cuckoo land stuff and completely unworkable, but we need to make the council aware that this is the case.
As ever INFORMATION is king, hence the FOI request.

Any help on what/how to ask for this and what is covered/allowed would be great.

    Re: FOI requests

I hope you get on better than I did when I sent FOIs to several members' local councils on behalf of LB. I was looking for bailiff contracts and any information about how those councils manage the bailiffs, how they ensure the bailiffs abide by the law and the like.

    I got precisely nowhere.

Still ongoing with the ICO and they were sent in March/April of last year.
