Over paid money

I have been over paid by an organisation by £2000. What is the process for giving this back. Firstly do i have to? If i do can i pay them slowly over a period of 6 months. They were paying me by Direct debit from Sep 09 and we have both realised just now what has been happening.

Yes cos it could be considered to be fraud if you don't and could get YOU into trouble

If you have the money now then pay it back, if not then write to the company stating that you had not noticed their error and do not have £2000.00 immediately and whether you can pay x amount over a period of time.
