            Can't help wondering, though; how many other poor sods who don't know their rights have been fobbed off with the BS that you had to endure?

            4/ A big poster outlining the Sale of Goods Act (in layman's form) is prominently displayed in all stores

            5/ & another - COMPANY POLICY DOES NOT TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER YOUR RIGHTS IN LAW

                    I think you all misunderstand Currys and their sincerity with regard to the offer they so casually made regarding training. They have about as much intention of carrying this out as Gordon Brown has of leaving No10 before he is evicted.
