    Who's my contract with ?

    I purchased a low value item from the website of a well known supermarket. It was delivered today broken. The receipt was from the supermarket and my bank statement shows they were the recipient of the payment.
    However the receipt shows another company as the seller on the supermarkets “market place”.
    I’ve instigated a return request through the supermarkets website. They do not appear to offer a prepaid return label and they may well argue I caused the damage!
    Is my contract with the supermarket or their market place seller?
