If you want to enforce against a plane at Heathrow then the address is just Heathrow Airport London isn't it? You need to add whichever Terminal their planes land at.

HCEO will no doubt tell.you whether that is feasible. I have no idea how an HCEO could get airside past airport security.

Airside? Wouldn't the enforcement people take the planes at the airport?

To get access to planes you would need to be airside

As an alternative to enforcement, what would the procedure be for taking an EU airline to court who fly to the UK but do not have a registered legal entity here? Now that the cross border claims is finished? Hague Convention?

Anyone? I tried Google, and can easily show a link to the UK (as a UK customer) but I am still at a loss as to how to serve them? Is it using the Hague convention now?

How did you serve your original claim? I do not understand why having obtained a judgement you should want to bring another case in respect of the same claim.

It is the same airline but they have ignored this judgment for four years despite my diligently pursuing them, and there was another outstanding issue not yet litigated against them.

I have a CCJ against this German company. I am about to begin enforcement against their fleet of planes in Heathrow, as they do not have a UK service address. What address/details would I look to use?

Also what was the address you used for service when you filed through the court?
