  • Enforcement against Eurowings

I have a CCJ against this German company. I am about to begin enforcement against their fleet of planes in Heathrow, as they do not have a UK service address. What address/details would I look to use?

Isn't that for you to find out?

If your judgement is for more than £600, you can instruct a High Court Enforcement Officer to help you enforce by seizing goods.

Many thanks! Would I use the address for them in Germany? Or Heathrow airport?

Where did you say you want to take this enforcement action? Does this help? https://www.google.com/search?q=euro...hrome&ie=UTF-8

NB there is a company called Eurowings Aviation Limited registered at Companies House. I can see no obvious connection: it is certainly not a subsidiary of Lufthansa.

I am specifically looking to enforce against their planes on arrival at Heathrow, as they do not have a UK address.

Do they own the planes and how do you expect to get airside? As suggested use HCEOs to collectd the debt

They own their own planes. Fly from and to Heathrow.

Can you or anyone advise re: correct address? Would it be Heathrows address?

Why not use HCEOs to do the job still not answered how you would get airside to enforce this debt?

Airside? Wouldn't the enforcement people take the planes at the airport?

How much is the debt you are seeking to enforce?
