I would be really grateful if someone can advise me on this. I bought a used car from dealer in December 2024, after two weeks of using a car I noticed few issues with the car( faulty wheel bearing, brakes). The car was sold with 3 months warranty. However i have not received any warranty details. I spoke with dealer at the beginning of January and told him about the suspected faults, he advised me to wait ( he was going away for holiday) and to contact him in 2 weeks . I contacted him again at the beginning of February, he agreed to look at the car and asked for it to be dropped off. The dealer is based over 22 miles away . Who is responsible for taking back car for repair me or the dealer? Thank you

Under the Consumer Rights Act the dealer is responsible for collecting the car to repair it. As the fault with the wheel bearings and brakes is serious you should exercise your consumer rights under CRA and not the warranty.
Apart from the fact you haven't received warranty details, if the dealer fails to collect and repair the car within a reasonable time, or returns the car and the fault hasn't been fixed or reappears, you can reject the car under the short term right to reject (you reported the faults within 30 days from delivery)
