I have my EE WIFI provided by a 3rd party company who were paid by Welsh government grant we took out the option to upgrade router
9 months on the EE mast has issues and we can no longer connect to it since Oct EE state it could be months.living very rural we are limited with options
I have tried discussing with WIFI company but the director does not listen, talks over me and then accuses me of shouting and being aggressive which is not correct This happens on each occasion and then he has also accused my husband of the same!
I have asked for the contract to be cancelled without charge due to ongoing challenges I still have 24 months left
I asked for a deadlock letter

Today I received an invoice for £800 for the router and he has switched off the WiFi
The invoice is for the cost of the router as the contract was cancelled early
what are my rights if any here?
yes it did state in t&cs about this cost but I could potentially be left without internet for a year or more so I didn’t think this was unreasonable request.
I’ve continued paying my monthly debit
can he just do that despite me requesting the deadlock letter?
    Thanks
