  • Aggressive Guard. Made claims against me that were agreed by Staff.

There's a shop I visit that I'm am blatantly shadowed by a guard. It was annoying till tonight when he stopped me exiting. I showed him my bag contents. But he was personal. His story was "every time" I enter I do certain things (One A is opening a door. One B is going to one part of the store) and I "never pay for nothing" and its on camera/cctv/survillance/whatever as proof that I do these things "every time".

I asked for the Manager. I got one of some level, and asked he look at the suveillance coverage of me in the store, that visit, and the previous the Guard knew about to the level of what I bought.. As things went south, I got my camera out including like saying "fukcing" and that he'd "sue" me. The Manger did nothing.
Guard asked other staff. One agreed immediately that I'd done A that visit, while the Manager finally said "Yes you're on camera doing" activity A.

It's certainly left me feeling harassed and distressed and IF someone would look they would see the accusations are 100% made up lies.

Is this Police matter for alarm, distress and harassment? What are my rights to see me doing these activities, thereby proving them all wrong or getting someone to look before the unfortunate mishap of the coverage being deleted? To be honest the guy was quite personal and I'd not be surprised, if he knew my name, he's make it more personal outside the store.

EDIT: I can't ever remember doing A. Last time I did B went to the part of the shop, was Nov 2 as I took product photos).
