  • Buyer in USA wanting full refund

Hi. I sent a 7 inch 1930s Hotpoint vintage metal fan to a customer that ordered it from the US?
My side of the deal was to charge her 44.99 including postage to the international hub in the UK
Her costs were the 44.99 plus her postage fees were 85 pound on top of that to get it from the UK hub to herself in the states. With damaged in transit is my responsibility just to the UK hub and the costs involved or am i liable for full costs to wherever a buyer is in the world which in this case is an extra 85 pound on top?
Your help in this is appreciated.

            Just spotted this for reference
Apparently if you sell something on Ebay and your buyer is abroad and it went through the GSP and is damaged in transit. My responsibility is only up to the GSP and if it is received damaged i am not involved and her claim is with the GSP.
