Hi I worked for materlan store as a cleaner I have been accused of stealing a plant and hiding sweet wrappers in the the bin along with clothing tags .the bin is in the cleaning cupboard to which is acceptable to all materlan workers they have sent me a civil recovery letter what do I do

Without seeing the letter I would advise to ignore.
Perhaps you could post up a photo of the letter and give more details about the situation?
