Back in february I was investigated for theft from my workplace over a period of time. I have suffered mentally for years now and I am on anti depressants. I had no idea when done it. Things have been so hard for my mental health and my partner has been going through hell health wise. I resigned whilst suspended. Now 3/4 months later I have had the police at the door asking for my number for the office dealing with it. Turns out they have been trying to contact me. I can’t tell my family or friends as I am so ashamed. I am worried sick waiting for them to call me

Make sure that you have a solicitor with you.
Lawyer (solicitor) - retired from practice, now supervising solicitor in a university law clinic. I do not advise by private message.

Litigants in Person should download and read this: https://www.judiciary.uk/wp-content/..._in_Person.pdf
