Vauxhall extended warranty

In short, purchased car in 2012 with lifetime warranty , car serviced by Vauxhall dealer to continue warranty . Vauxhall send letter 2020 advising they wont be sending reminders this now down to owner. Covid came, no garages open so Vauxhall gave all owners three months grace to honour service and continue lifetime warrant. Scar still being service in AUGUST 2020 with receipts showing re activation of lifetime warranty in 2021 and 2022, a claim was made in the period and honoured . We now come to AUGUST 2023 dealer contacted Vauxhall to continue the lifetime warranty and service for this year Vauxhall now claim its lost its warranty as it wasn’t renewed in May? I complain to Vauxhall but Vauxhall not giving any response despite me having a case number … We’re do I stand with this and what can I do as I have all documentation to prove regular service and re activation of the warranty over the last two years and more ? Guidance please

I have a short tale regards Vauxhall Warranty, briefly, a friend owned a Taxi Company, and the whole fleet was Vauxhall cars, they were renewed as the three-year time was up. this system worked for years and after approx one year the Timing belt snaped on noe car,just after the service had been compleated.Vauxhaull refused to repair the engine,(major damage), and this was after years of replacment cars,good bye to Vauxhall cars.
