What to do?

I recently patented a design and was approached by a company that offered to help me market it. I paid them £2220, that was 3 months ago and I haven't heard anything back from them despite 2 requests.
I'm just wondering what I can do now?

You can start by look ing at your agreement with this company.

Second, you can ask them to bring you up to date with what they have done.

Third - check on Companies House website to see if the company is still in existence.

I have requested an update twice the first time after 2 months, when they responded saying they would send me a report, the second time a month later - no reply.

I'm sure I hit reply - but my post doesn't appear to have appeared - so just a note to say if I were you, I'd redact any personal info from that PDF you've posted - use some editing tool to put big black lines through any personal info and reference numbers.
