Hi.
A pallet delivery was made using a pallet jack which has left marks from the front wheel all the way down my private road and across my driveway. After waiting a few days it can be seen that they have not faded even after a lot of rain and various methods used to try and make them disappear.
I have not yet contacted the company I ordered the goods that was delivered on the pallet by the pallet delivery company. What are my rights in terms of fixing the marking damage on the private road and my driveway?
It's a new road and driveways and has been fine with many construction vehicles passing and moving things around. The pallet company didn't take appropriate care to make sure they transported the pallet without causing danage. I have had two deliveried by the company weeks before with no marks left on the road or the driveway.
Does anyone know the best course of action to pursue?
