HI we have a single person who is on our small certified 6 pitch camping club campsite. We have asked them to leave and they have not paid for the last 7days. We have sent them notice they must leave and are trespassing. I see under common law we can remove them using reasonable force. We have the campsite covered by CCTV recorded 24/7 do we still need to use a bailiff to witness removal? Can i tow the caravan offsite myself? Where can i tow it to? Any other advice appreciated.
