Hello,
Apologies if this has already been asked before.
I flew with Easyjet from CPH- London in the beginning of September. My lugagge was lost, I have no insurance
I keep receiving updates from Easy Jet saying that they are looking into the matter. I understand the Montreal Convention states that luggage is lost 21 days after the flight. EasyJet's own guidance states that they consider luggage lost after 45 days (rather than 21)
I would like to take further action. I understand I have two options, Alternative Dispute Resolution or Small Claims Court.
I have read online that ADR is basically funded by airlines and generally seems to favour them.
Shall I go straight to small claims or is it still worth trying ADR?
Thanks!
