  • Contract help - trying to break free

Hi - I am seeking advice on if it is possible for me to break a 12 month contract with a Business Coach

I work in the health and fitness industry - on the sales call he promised that he had clients who also took his mentorship and worked in the same industry, although this is not the primary industry he works in

I am 3 months in to the mentorship with absolutely no return on investment, and there is no personalisation to the program whatsoever

I have uploaded and attached the contract to the link here - MDS_Contract_Joint_Member_Special___597_and___97_f or_member_2_and_30days___47__split_5050_ (1).pdf

I have whited out some parts for personal reasons

I totally accept it was my decision to enter in to contract, and move forward with this; so if I have to bite the bullet I understand, but from my stance - I was mislead on the sales call about the program and what he could deliver

If you can help in any way, and if you think it is possible to break contract without repurcussions, please advise
