    Hi

Hoping u lovely lot can help.

So I got a ccj in my favour against a ltd company.
Applied for high court writ but bailiffs unsuccessful.

If i complete the form to obtain information, are any checks carried out by the court as to the name i give as an officer of the company?

The reason I asked is the director who did me over, resigned just before got ccj. But lives in the uk

The new director resides in sweden

Can i give the former director

I think the chances are that this former director will be allowed to get away with saying that as he is no longer a director, he has no access to current information.

Is he a shareholder? Is he shown as a person with significant control?

Sadly not, he has fully resigned.
I'm wondering about a 3rd party debt order but I have no bank details for the business either
