des8 thank you I've just read it. It does seem to apply. The only problem i have if i do this now do u think it will prevent me from still getting the tickets. My kids will be distraught of they can't go. I don't want to jeopardise that. Is it worth waiting until after the concert

      a) Send your bank the following template, amend it to suit, make sure you get Proof of Postage -

      https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rig...m-aFAg65B543ik

      b) Write to TicketMaster. Quote the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Make sure you get Proof of Postage.

echat11 the template says amounts under 100 pound. Mines 1000 pound does it make a difference

echat11 they are emailing me out a claim form. Thank you so much for all your help. Next question is do I fill it out before or after the concert? Don't want to jeopardise the tickets arriving for what's left of the concert we're going to

                Your options:-

                a) You can seek a full refund,

                or

                b) Contact Ticketmaster, explain your position, that if you do not get a partial refund of £XXX, you want a full refund.
Explain your reasons,i.e. You purchased a full package, part of the package has been withdrawn, thus you seek a partial refund.

You need to decide what to do. Also make sure you get everything in writing, always try speaking to the same person.
