  • Returned Laptop

    I ordered a new laptop from Currys. They sent the wrong one so I contacted then to arrange to have it collected and my refund given. The carrier picked it up from my home at the agreed time. The Carrier's website confirms that the item was booked into their depot on 2nd December. Currys say that they have not received it from the carrier and until they have it in their possession will not refund me. Any advice please.

    Who paid for the carrier?

      How did you pay for it?
      Lodge a Formal Complaint with Curry's and the couriers.
      When ever you return anything, you want something to say you've handed it over, a receipt etc.
      Take a picture of the couriers licence plate.

        Take a copy of the couriers web site showing that it had been picked up.
