hi,
i’m ashamed to say i got caught leaving with a packet of 50p chewing gum in my pocket after leaving self checkout as i didn’t have enough - i wasn’t caught in cctv the security guard said he saw i didn’t scan the gum.
he called the general manager who told me i was banned from all tescos in the vicinity, but they didn’t take my name, address or any form of identification.
however, unfortunately i have to admit this is my 3rd time doing this and i’m wondering what are the chances of security looking through CCTV to see if i have done this before.
If this is the case what are the chances they would build a case against me and get police involved.
