  • Chargeback and goods return

    Hello
I like to find what are my rights as a customer.
Recently I bought ebike on eBay Called adult folded bike.
When I started to use it I find that this is too small to be called adult and is not folded.
I contacted the eBay to return the bike but my claim was rejected
Due to the fact that I chose wrong category
I Have contacted my credit card issuer and they credit back by account.
New the seller who first refuse to accept return
Demand the ebike back in condition that was send to me.
This is impossible because box is lost
    Bike develop some scratches
I wonder if seller who broke the law by not accepting return at first palce can demand bike in original condition?
what are consequences of not returning the bike ? / Returning as it it with scratches ?
    Who pay for delivery?
I am sorry for my English
    I am foreigner

So you mention goods not as described and under the Consumer Right Act 2015 you have rejected the goods and he is responsible for arranging to pick them up
