    Hi all, hope you're keeping well.

    My mum ordered some flowers today, but what arrived was not what was shown on their website, even different cheaper flowers. She's really disappointed.
    Thing is, she ordered by phone and they didn't give her a receipt. She called to explain the problem, but they said they would offer her £10 refund but won't accept a return, as they "have a business to run".

    This is what she ordered:

    Attached is what she got. She paid £42 total, so they must have charged her £7 for delivery. Their website says local delivery from £6.

    So if she paid by card then get the bank to take back the payment for incorrectly supplied goods

      Thanks Ostell. That apply to debit card aswell? I thought that would only be credit cards?

        It can apply with debit cards as well. see how helpful the bank are.
