Voluntary termination

Back in jan i set specialist motor finance a letter stating i wanted to terminate by car agreement after getting messed around sent them another letter in March.i paid the sum outstanding they reckon I have and even have a letter from there complaints department no other sums owned. However car is sat on my private driveway still uncollected.spoke to them today and they further messing me round by saying letter was not signed it was and I have to pay 200 for collection even previous communications said I didn't.they also state I haven't signed a termination pack they sent which they haven't. This is causing be high levels of stress on top off my long term health issues.they are refusing to collect. Help please.
