    Probation period during furlough

    Hi,

    Could anyone help me , please with the situation I am having at the moment? I started a new job on the 11th of March with 3 month probation period. They furloughed me on the 25th of March, I am still on furlough. I decided to resign from my position, gave a week notice what they not accepting as my probation passed already. They suppose to confirmed that, what has not happened, so now after only 2 weeks work they ask 8 weeks notice period?

    Is any role about probation during furlough?
