Its not entirley clear from your post what the engineer found to deem the car dangerous but I suspect you might struggle unless there is actually something physically wrong with the suspension. Get the car inspected by an approved dealer if possible that has no skin in the game. If the car is under manufacturers warranty then you should be able to use the recovery service you get with that to get it recovered to the dealership for them to inspect. Use the independent report to point them in the right direction. If they find a fault then you are good to go. Make sure you make it clear that at no point should any repairs be carried out. Get them to e-mail you the diagnosis and resolution which you can then pass onto the finance company and supplying dealership.

What exactly were the defects your engineer found, can you post up the report names/addresses suitably redacted? Are you familiar with driving a 'powerful' RWD car, you don't say what car it is, if the car is only 3 months old, then surely the manufacturers warranty is longer than 3 months?
