Rights???

I stopped my window installer from installing windows into a second house as the first installation had a manufacturing problem and then the replacements kept leaking in my first house. The company says I have no right to cancel and says I must have the windows but who would put windows into a house which have had loads of leaks over 18 months...any advice on arguing this please
