I am considering an application to the county court for a Judge to review the Secretary’s actions and decisions in respect to the constitution of a club of which I am a member, but banned for no reason other than personal reasons by him alone following my questions during an AGM. I believe I would need to complete form N244 and request the Judge rules that the secretary’s decision is not in accordance with the constitution and should be set aside, and that I be given back membership of the club. I am hoping that this is the easiest way for me to have him follow the constitution of the club which clearly states the procedures for banning a member should they be in breach of any rules or bye laws. I would like any help possible from you fine people in filling out the paperwork and any wording that I may need to know in order to apply.Your help would be greatly appreciated in this matter.
