Hi
Whilst training with a clubs personal trainer I was very badly injured over 1.5 years ago and still have problems which are severe now.
As a result of my complaint that the club refused to log my injury in their log book my membership was cancelled
Is there anything i can do?
The club never actually wrote to me to advise of my membership being cancelled or why they simply took my card from me and that was that
It feels like some form of discrimination but I can’t see how it fits into the current sex, race, age etc acts so was
wondering if they have breached any other laws that I can
challenge then against
it seems simply having a justified complaint means they will expel you if you so much as squeak
this cant be right - bullying?
