  • First steps to voluntary termination

    Hello all .
I have read a lot about VT cars but I havent come across any questions regarding if you have had a guarantor sign when I had finance.
I'm looking at sending my car back now through VT.i had a guarantor when I purchased the car.my issue is if the finance company start playing games and I am forced to cancel my DD will they or can they go to my guarantor and get the money off them.
    Thanks in advance

Potentially, yes. You will need to check the terms of your contract and it will set out when the guarantor is discharged from its obligation to pay.

If you have a question about the voluntary termination process, please read this guide first, as it should have all the answers you need. Please do not hijack another person's thread as I will not respond to you
