Hi I bought tickets for a show which was then cancelled by them due to illness and the company are not refunding my money stating that they have to wait to hear from the promoter. They will not give me a name or answer phone they just reply via email. Please advise. Thank you

There will doubtless be terms and conditions in place which, more often than not, contain a force majeure clause, so I question whether the contract is actually frustrated. It would be useful to understand what terms and conditions apply, before forming a view.Comment
