back in 2002 I got a car on finance which I wasn't aware it was against my house
After it being in the garage for 16 weeks and still paying for it I contacted trading standards who contacted the garage and within a week they shut down I did get my car back but unfixed so got in touch with online finance to take the car back
Last week Mortimer Clarke got in touch saying I was taken to court in 2007 and a charging order was put on my house which I wasn't aware and they are demanding money now I have never paid a payment since this car went back any advice would be appreciated
