  • hbos default removed, now back

after seven month of doing battle with hbos, i got them to remove a default ref credit card.
i have a letter from hbos stating they do not have my agreement or default notice. i served a section ten data protection act to stop processing my data.
default gone in december though i received no notice from hbos over this.
eight months later had an alert from experian today. they have re-registered the default.
i got to the stage of letter before action last time.
they gave me the run around for months last time so i intend going straight to court to have it removed.

If you have already submitted a LBA to them, resend it with a covering letter explaining the re-issue of the default and stating you are issuing proceedings within the next 7 days.

thats ok, but why was it put back on.
ime thinking that banks etc have an automated system that does this with no manual imputt.

Ask them to confirm this in writing and to detail why it was put back on.
