    MBNA credit card ccj

    I am being chased for a debt from 2003, the last payment made was in 2010 but I have been told it isn't statute barred as the company solicitors applied for a ccj in 2014. I have only just been made aware of any of this now and prior to this I have had no contact with this company. Any advice please ??

    give more info i.e:- did you receive letter before action, then county court forms? if not then a N244 set aside application may be the way?
