barclays capital Hedge

Hi Everyone im caught up in a legal argument with barclays Capital over a structured hedge protection that was sold to me over the phone on a 800k loan its now costing me 60k a year to fund and they want 280k to buy out of it i have been miss sold or mugged which ever you want to call it

however i am being told that barclays are settleing some of these that are in private individuals names as mine is

would be good to hear from anyone else in my position i am already 10k in on legals and cant afford to take Barclays to court on my own
