Their web site displays the logo for NACFB but they have never been registered with them.

So they're misrepresenting themselves!Thanks for PM and see where you're going.Awaiting result of searches, but I doubt if these shysters hold PI cover. Even if there is PI cover it probably won't operate for any breach deliberately, spitefully, dishonestly or recklessly (I think that's the general exclusion wording) committed by the insured. So be aware of that when framing your case if PI cover is established.

NACFB made quick work getting that removed. Wish it was as easy to sue them !

None of my contacts have been able to trace a PI policy for this crowd.
However this doesn't mean they do not have PI cover, as there are numerous companies offering this insurance.

Have you examined their company accounts? It is possible, if they have this cover, that the cost will be shown as an individual item in their costs.

Thanks Des8, had given up this week. The barrister could not see an angle but have stumbled across hidden commissions. Firstly with kensington, I have the underwriting sheet which clearly shows a hidden commission of 1600. Unsure on how to proceed but with the other company this could also be relevant.

lots of claims of fraud and agreements void not sure how accurate this info is ???

Just for clarification before launching into a dissertation: when you say "mortgage insurance" are you referring to the Professional Indemnity Insurance that the mortgage broker may carry, or Mortgage Payment Protection. or something else?
