  • commercial finance...a long shot!

    hi all,

my friend runs a pub, which is going very well, his landlord now wants to sell the property and he wishes to buy, however, he has a ccj and does not have a deposit.

My question is, are there any commercial lenders out there who will help with this?

even if he didnt have a ccj, does he stand a chance of getting 100% finance?

are there nay forums that can help with this?

    thanks!

I think it is highly doubtful, though I confess to not knowing much about commercial finance.

What I do know is that many good, solid, long established businesses are finding it hard to borrow money at present. I also know that generally speaking, the pub industry is in huge decline.

Finally, one has to ask why, if it is going so well, they need 100% loan?

From a totally amateur point of view, that is my opinion, sorry. :beagle:
