Hallo, i used to work for a UK property developer in accounts and the company failed to meet the conditions of delivery..and the contract says the client could claim upto £200k for the delay in delivery. The client is not aware of this potential claim/income. Now im thinking of flagging this to the client without compromising my identity but want to be paid a small amount from the client...just wondering if its a good idea and whether it will affect my confidentiality duty with my previous employer (the property developer). And are there any legal firms that can help and be the go between. Just going through rough financial challenges...and not employed at the moment.
