  • Director fails to report changes to company house

There is a limited company owned by two people: me and a director. I had 70% of shares, the director has 30% of the shares.

A few months ago I transferred all of my shares to the director in a written agreement. Now after a few months, the director refuses to report the changes to the company house.

I am concerned because I don't know what he is doing under my name. I have no visibility and no control.

I am not authorized to report this change to company house through standard means. (I don't have the code for online verification)

How can I make sure that this change take effect?

    Hi PRODUCTMANAG

Email them to check if the change has been made, they are pretty good at responding.

Send the director a letter, Recorded Delivery that he has 14 days to provide proof that companies house has been updated with the shareholdings, failure to provide proof then you will consider taking actions that you deem necessary to resolve the matter.
