    Differing Notice Periods

    Hi all. I'm a sole trader currently on a rolling contract. I have one contract that stipulates I've got a 4 week notice period and a Contract For Services agreement stating that either party can terminate the contract with no notice. Both signed on the same date. Which notice period is valid? Thanks for your help, feeling confused!

    Are you employed directly or through an agency? Are both contracts from the same legal entity or are they from say an agency and an employer or contractor?
