Contract which seems to give both myself and the client exclusive IP?

Hello! I thought I posted this yesterday, but I guess not. So here's a short version: Is it me or is there conflict between these two terms in a proposed contract?

8.1 (c) the Consultancy hereby assigns, with full title guarantee free of any encumbrance, all the IP Rights arising from or relating to the Services to the Client;
8.2 (a) the Consultancy would be the sole legal and beneficial owner of the IP Rights arising from or relating to the Services;
