  • Can interest of a loan link to a company/project profit?

    Is it allowed for a company to borrow money and pay conditional interest, for example, interest is 50% of the project's net profit?

    Why not? If a project is very successful but would never have got off the ground without finance, why can't the company agree to share the profits?
