Director dispute of a private limited company

Hello all

Can anyone please tell me if it is possible for a company director to be removed while there is an ongoing dispute between the director and his/her fellow directors?

Anything is possible. Whether it would be legal or fair would depend on why and how they were removed and what relationship the removal had to the dispute (and what the dispute was). It would also depend on their contract and possibly what actions have occurred prior to/during the dispute.
